When we met to discuss selling our house I thought it would go like all the previous home I have sold. She pointed out how the market and process is much different today. We agreed to her listing plan & schedule. The next day we had the schedule in writing for the next week and half. We agreed to Stage the house, her team arranged everything, as our furniture was pretty old. And did not show the house at it’s best. They staged the home well. They brought in a lot of potential buyers. In the three weeks they represented us they had us reduce our price by $75,000 under their evaluation of the property. Outstanding!!! Asking price was perfectly negotiated and accepted by Lori McGuire. Lori McGuire and her team are an incredible choice to sell your home or investment property! My husband and I interviewed several top rated real estate agents before deciding to list with Lori McGuire. Lori walked onto our property with a smile on her face and she saw the full potential of the property. Lori was honest with the condition of our condo in todays “slight buyers” market. She was very professional and organized with her sales and marketing presentation and provided a strategic plan of action to list our property. Lori spoke so highly of her team and how each member would know the property details inside and out. And they did! Before going onto the market, my husband and I planned to complete minor upgrades to give the place a face lift. Lori and her team were the first to give a realistic explanation of what would and wouldn’t drive the price higher. Other agents encouraged us to do a full remodel or nothing at all. Some agents suggested staging the property and others preferred to forgo the staging and allow the view to sell the property. I personally felt with the small square footage, our condo needed to be staged. Lori agreed and she had all the tools to create a beautiful staged home. Lori has a warehouse full of staging furniture, moving truck, and crew. Best of all the staging cost was included in her listing package. That was a $2-3,000 savings that we were able to put towards updates and upgrades. Vicky, the interior designer, did an amazing job staging our property. Every detail was thought through and the place looked like it belonged in a magazine. I honestly wish the home would have been upgraded and staged like this while my husband and I lived there! Once we signed with Lori Mcguire, we were immediately contacted by Jeanine and Nora. These amazing women coordinated a detailed schedule for everything upon the completion of the upgrades. They arranged a deep clean, window cleaning, staging, professional photos, retake of photos, final price determination before listing, and a final walk through to ensure our satisfaction. My husband and I had to adjust the schedule numerous times due to inclement weather and changes in the contractor’s schedule. This was never an issue with the McGuire team. Each member of the McGuire team (over 6 women we consulted with) always knew who we were, property details, and status of the listing. Emails and phone calls were always answered promptly, even on the weekends. Lori’s Marketing specialist, Kierra did a wonderful job sending us updated marketing details. If my husband and I ran into an issue, it was already addressed. Lori and her team are on the ball at all times. If there was ever an issue, they had a solution, and a plethora of contacts at reasonable cost. For instance, the buyers requested a termite clearance. The McGuire team had it scheduled and addressed immediately. The buyers also sent out a home inspector, a one page list of findings to be addressed by us, the sellers. During Escrow, Lori and her team bridged any gaps between both parties to ensure a smooth closing process. Lori and her team are very knowledgeable, professional, warm, and above all invested in their clients' satisfaction. In preparing our house for sale, the team came in to help stage with plants, wall hangings, accessories, and all the small touches that showcase your home to its best advantage. Lori herself was sweeping our front walkway with a broom right before the photos were shot. Lori always provided us with with a unique 3D virtual tour and dedicated URL just for our home.
