Denise Lavander-Arroyo

I was born and raised in Los Angeles. At 19 I moved to Jacksonville, NC and lived there for 3 years and then moved to San Diego, CA for 4 years. I've been married to my husband for 10 wonderful years and we have 2 cats, Finn and Chloe. On my free time, I love exploring new places and new restaurants while spending time with my family and friends. I started real estate in 2022 and have enjoyed every step of the way!
