Kierra Wright is the Chief Operating Officer of The McGuire Team, where she leads the operations, marketing, technology, and systems that drive the team's success. A South Orange County native with a passion for real estate, Kierra is known for her strategic thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and commitment to creating exceptional experiences for both clients and the team. Since joining The McGuire Team in 2016, she has overseen hundreds of successful transactions while building the operational foundation that allows the team to deliver a consistently high level of service.
Kierra is responsible for the day-to-day management of the business, as well as the development of scalable systems that support long-term growth. From digital marketing and brand management to process improvement, automation, and technology integration, she is continually focused on improving efficiency, strengthening accountability, and ensuring every client receives a seamless experience from beginning to end.
Before joining The McGuire Team, Kierra built her career in the hospitality industry, where she developed a reputation for exceptional customer service and relationship building. That client-first mindset continues to guide her work today as she helps lead one of South Orange County's most respected real estate teams. Outside of the office, Kierra enjoys cooking from scratch, traveling, and spending quality time with her daughter, family, and friends.
